The course was held at Atlantis’s office at Asteroceras Research Park, Hoveton, Wroxham, Norfolk providing excellent support, training aids and hospitality.

Subjects covered included – Professionalism, Communications, Continuity of actions, Document control, PM procedures & process (Prince 2 flow), Tendering & Commercials (best practise), Fit for purpose resourcing (vessels, equipment, personnel, software etc.), Client meetings & liaison, Client negotiations, Project legal/ contractual interaction & liaison, Department & management colleague liaison, Project preparations (kick off meetings client & internal, site visit, sub contractors meetings, audits etc.), Project HIR/ Risk and QHSE liaison, Project pre job briefings/ inductions, PM project visibility, Project actions, Project daily interaction & liaison/ reporting and comms protocols (client, sub cons, offshore and office), Project schedule tracking & impacts, Project resource tracking, Project cost control & reporting, Project washups/ lessons learned.
