QMS, HSEQ & Operations Management Support Provided by S4
S4 are providing 2025 development phase, and 2026 operations phase support to a Norwegian customer who are a historical client of Innovatum’s.
The Norwegian client is innovating, developing and engineering a shallow water (1-30m WD) Vessel/ ASV/ ROV solution for a O&G end client in West Africa for their shallow water pipeline infrastructure subsea inspection requirements from 2026 and beyond.
S4 have been tasked with enhancing the clients QMS (Quality Management System) whilst also their overall HSEQ aspects too. An S4 consulting team commenced supporting from February this year and are currently in a wet trials phase (post the clients bench, workshop and dry trials in 2-3Q) whereby the QMS and HSE documentation is now being utilised and fine-tuned for operational aspects during the trials in Q3 2025 and Q1 & Q2 2026.
An S4 Snr. Surveyor/ Trials Supervisor has been on site in Norway for the last 2 phases of wet trials in recent weeks and will return for a further all-encompassing engineered and floating solution trial in December. Further trials are planning in Q1 & Q2 2026 to a FAT conclusion.
During 2026 the S4 team will be continuing to work closely with the client in generating final project documentation (in addition to final trials phase QMS enhancements) for onsite West Africa operations in Q3 2026 on a 10km shallow water pipeline for an in-field test/ acceptance of the solution and will be supporting with remote management and support thereof.
