S⁴ are currently halfway through a 75-day contracted work program supporting their client MEWO S.A. with development and improvement of their internal & project based document and control infrastructure.

Post the recent 60-hour project management mentoring provision and to ensure continuity / standardisation throughout, three S⁴ consultants are supporting with quality & integrated management system, HSE, quality, tendering & commercial, procedural and process upgrades to the company’s current systems, whilst working in close liaison with senior management and department heads within the company.

A 3-day document discussion workshop is planned for mid-January in Gdansk to finalise all production and roll out the revised system for implementation by 1st February 2020.
