This week S⁴ completed 60hrs (over 6 structured bi-weekly sessions) in support of their client MEWO S.A. providing Tendering/ Commercial & Project Management discussion & mentoring sessions with their PM team & department at their Straszyn offices, nr. Gdansk.

The sessions covered multiple topics from PM role, responsibilities, expectations & comms protocols, initial PQQ/ RFQ/ ITT receipt through to project initiation & resourcing (tendering/ commercial) process, to award & then into project planning, execution (with monitoring & tracking), final delivery & into close out.

Focuses were around MEWO core business of hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical, environmental, ROV support, as well as subsea inspection (O&M and IMR), construction support, light subsea intervention & very shallow water seismic ops.

A highly enjoyable & mutually beneficial 3 months of interaction & discussion with MEWO’s 8 person PM team. Many thanks & well done to Lucjan Gajewski, Michał Sander, Kisiel Przemek, Agata Lubowska, Anna Bartosiak (Jakuć), Iwona Bielawska, Grzegorz Zajfert, Agnieszka Jozwik, & Cezary Wosztal who joined the group latterly.
